Terms & Conditions — Clueless Webs

1. Agreement

By engaging Clueless Webs ("we", "us", "our") for website design and maintenance services, you ("client", "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Service

We design and develop your website at no upfront cost. In exchange, you subscribe to our maintenance plan at $50 per month, which includes hosting, security, content updates, and ongoing support.

3. Maintenance Subscription

The $50/month fee is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. If the subscription is cancelled, we will provide a clean export of your website content. Hosting and continued maintenance under our infrastructure end on the cancellation date.

4. Ownership

Upon active subscription, you own the rights to your website's content and brand assets. The underlying code framework, components, and templates remain the intellectual property of Clueless Webs and are licensed to you for the duration of your subscription.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate content, and any required brand materials. You are responsible for ensuring all content you submit is lawful and does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clueless Webs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous three months.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
